Determined to buy the right kind of eggs this time, we bought a package of what looked liked regular eggs.

Cooked up the bacon, cracked open an egg, only to discover these eggs are the thousand-year-old egg version.

At this rate, I will need to change my handle to 透明笨人 (invisible stupid person).

Breakfast has never been such an adventure!

  1. Damn! Did they taste better than they looked or are you not that adventurous?

    • They’re called pi-tan in Japan and often served in Chinese restaurants as part of the appetizer course. Not bad but not a personal favorite.

They’re not so great when your mouth expects bacon and eggs, though.
